Delivery & Returns
We really hope that your order arrives in one piece, but in the event of any products being faulty, at little annie-bets we are happy to refund you or issue a replacement for any item that is faulty – on receipt of a photograph of the faulty product. In the event of faulty items we will cover the cost of 2nd class return postage (we do suggest you obtain a proof of postage from the post office). If you’re returning an item from overseas because it’s faulty, please contact us at hello@littleanniebets.com.
If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.
Before returning any item to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact hello@littleanniebets.com.
Please note that you may cancel this contract if you give us notice by telephone or by email at any time before the expiry of a period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day of delivery of the goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
